COLAS Slovakia

COLAS Group is in Slovakia represented by three companies: Inžinierske stavby, a. s.(Inc.), Cesty Nitra, a.s. (Inc.) and IS-LOM, s. r. o. (Ltd.) Maglovec.
Cesty Nitra, a.s. became part of COLAS Group in 2000 and it was the first group member in the Slovak Republic. Inžinierske stavby, a. s. joined in 2004. Both companies belong to the most significant construction companies in the country, they have over 50-years history in Slovak market and they are highly recognized by experts and by general public as well. The third member, IS-LOM, s. r. o. Maglovec is a 100 % subsidiary of Inžinierske stavby, a.s. Also this company entered the Group in 2004, together with its parent company.
The objective of COLAS Slovakia is to coordinate cooperation of its members and develop mutual market strategy.

Arrival of strong foreign investor brought growth of investments into new technologies, as well as acquisition of top international know-how.  Slovak construction experts got the opportunity to participate on demanding international projects. Our research specialists got the opportunity to contribute to development and applications of new technologies.

The key principles of our management are personal growth and development of the employees. In the Central Europe we prepare establishment of COLAS University, which will enable easer availability of new information to our employees. It will be used for improving managerial capabilities and skills, it will prepare workshops and model situations focused on personal growth.

National companies in countries where COLAS operates, have great autonomy standards.
